collage papers
foam glitter pieces
a balloon
glue
scissors
How to make your Bubble Gum Balloon Face!
Select your pieces for your face. You will need hair, eyes, nose, 2 splat mouth pieces and a flower.
Paste hair to your circle face and add facial features.

Fringe your paper pieces to make fireworks. Roll and paste together. Glue fireworks and face onto backing paper.
Blow up your balloon, tie up and thread through a hole in the mouth splat piece. Glue to face.
