What you'll need:
rattan look round tray
selection of colourful exterior paint
paintbrushes
masking tape
twine
How to make your Earring Wheel:
Select your rattan look tray. Apply a coat of white paint. Allow this to dry for two hours before applying a second coat. Allow to dry overnight.
Select your colours. Using the triangle segments in the tray as guidelines, apply masking tape to section where you would like each colour to go.
Apply your first coat of colours. Allow to dry and repeat this step. Set aside and allow to dry overnight.
Tie a loop around the top of your earring wheel using colourful twine and hang on the wall.
